Pricing
Our home inspection rates are based on the square footage and age of the home. Typically, a single family dwelling of 2500 sq ft would start at $650 plus GST. Other factors such as older homes, out buildings, homes with multiple suites, and inspections outside of our main service area, may be subject to additional fees.
We also offer a reduced rate for repeat inspections.

Reduced Rate For Repeat Home Inspections:
5% off of your second inspection
10% off of your third and subsequent inspections
Site-Specific Inspections:
$250 – $350, depending on the specifics of the Inspection.
