Nicholas provided excellent service. Within 24 hours of reaching out, he provided me with a quote and availability for our home inspection. Nicholas was thorough in the home inspection, testing every faucet, looking for leaks from all pipes. Checking all gas and electrical, and outlet installations, ensuring that it met current codes. Nicholas also inspected the attic, and roofing. and outdoor drains, pipes, exterior wall, and foundation. What made Nicholas so great was all of the photos he took while conducting the home inspection, and providing all of the information in a detailed report for us. After Nicholas had conducted both exterior and interior inspection, he took us around the house and physically showed us any issues with the house. But he also covered every single thing that was done properly as well. This information gave us peace of mind when moving forward with out purchase. Nicholas was able to answer any of our questions during the inspection and was available post inspection as well. Nicholas was able to provide the full report the same day as the inspection. Would recommend Nicholas to future buyers.

Nicholas home inspection was great. They were prompt to reply via phone, email with any concerns or questions I had wrt the process or the home inspection report; furthermore, their report was very well detailed, providing areas of concerns with reccomendations. Many Thanks to Nick who came to inspect our potential new home on very short notice. It was a great experience and really was an opportunity to get educated on home systems overall and our specific new home. We did not see any reason not to proceed and realize that we have many responsibilities going forward to upgrade a few things; maintain and look after what seems like a really nice solid home. We have a great document and great resource for this via Nick. I am a registered nurse and work in operating rooms and surgery. This experience taught me that homes can be much like bodies. They have interdependent systems and taking good care of them helps them last and some upgrades are likely needed along the way. Some damage or issues are more serious than others and can come with a dire prognosis- and a good diagnostician is needed to help determine this. Thankfully in our case with this home and with the assessment done we think with care the overall prognosis is very good and what is needed for care is reasonable.
